Display numbers

Hello:

I have searched the forums and tutorials and haven't found a good answer. How do you simply display a number based on an attribute that you start with? Say you want to start with 50 coins. I set up an attribute, integer, named it "coin count", and set it to 50. I associated it with an actor and used display text. I got something like function = [gibberish] in the preview screen. If I set coin count to 50 and want to display that number, how do I do that?

    In the expression editor (the 'e' on the right of the text field), simply choose your "coin count" attribute from the list.
