Can I use a touch screen monitor in Windows to test?

I have this one: http://www.planar.com/products/desktop-touch-screen-monitors/20-inch/pct2235/

So far, doing preview on the touch monitor doesn't allow me to use the touch, even though it works in Windows.

    Solved the problem. Had to make Windows 10 duplicate the screen for it to work. I hope it can also work with the touch screen being in "extend desktop" mode though...

    The touch lags a lot. Thought it was the screen, but it's just GameSalad lag...
