Custom Loading Image - doesn't show ... any ideas?

Hello GameSalad people.
This is probably something obvious, but, when generating an App. from a developed game, when including a custom load image, that image never shows, just the default GS one.
Something we're doing wrong?

Looks like you're a basic member, I believe you have to be pro to get rid of the Gamesalad splash.
