Get an error when sending my app to Apple

After signing my app and create the .ipa file I send my app to apple via Application Loader, after few minutes I get an error "Invalid Binary", when I go to my email I see this message from iTunes connect:

Anybody else get this error? Anyone know how to fix it please?
