in Working with GS (Mac)

Hi. I am quite new. And confused as to why my table data from column 1 will not display. What am I doing wrong. This should be as simple as it gets. Data from other columns can be displayed, but any cell in column 1 is always a 0 when displayed. See attached. Thanks for any help.
