Did you use all lowercase letters for your product ID, and have you definitely signed all the relevant contracts and provided your banking details? (Been a while since I did those steps on Google so n

This could be a lot of things. First I'd check is - did you add the IAP key in the GameSalad publishing portal? There's no equivalent step for Apple, so it's easy to miss.

Since you are just starting. I would start using Creator 2.0 on the web. No reason to start with the desktop version.

Do you mean zoom in and out of the layout area? This is not possible. On a Mac you can use the system zoom to give you a closer look but obviously that's not the same.
