Have you tried manually selecting the zipalign? When you do this the first time chances are the path to the zipalign is wrong. Try manually selecting it (if you havn't already) under ~/sdk/tools/zipal

i downloaded the sdk and for some reason the zipalign is missing and i try deleting and downloading again.(Image)
