My character is a clock hand so it is rotating and the only way for it to rotate is for the character to be in the middle of the square (the square where I made my character in gimp) then go outwards

You can hold down the option key and drag an actor on the stage to make a copy. I'd have to guess Command C and Command V would copy and paste too, but I usually do the Option+Drag so it may not...
