Edit, just read your post above - about changing project size, yes when you change the project to iPad Landscape - the boxes move as expected - that is to say the formula seems to be working correctly

Clicked preview there should be four standard size actors on the screen like initial scene 1. Go to the top left and select iPad Landscape from the drop down menu and you should get the result in init
