    so when you have 1 they spawn after 1 sec and when you have 500 they start to spawn after 500 seconds and when you have 0 they start immediately to spawn? this is not working with my project...

    It is supposed to determine how soon the particle begin to spawn off your object.

    Use the Emitter Offset to set the spawn location of the particles. It's under the Velocity/Position of the Particles Behavior. You can also set direction here.

    you can make a real attribute and say every 1 second change 'real attribute' +1(or something you want) and then say every 'real attribute' spawn actor.
