    For the most ad providers, yes. The exception being that AdMob ads will show if the attribute is set to 0, they just won't be targeted ads.

    @freneticz - In your Google Play console within each app goto Pricing & Distribution, here you can click Manage Countries and make them unavailable for the EU.

    In the end all I needed to do was make the goal sensor actor W: 20px H:768 and spawn it with the DualObj actor , mirror the movement and spawn actor logic between the two.

    It's always going to lag when you reach enough actors, particularly on slower devices. Optimising just allows more actors before the lag becomes a problem.

    what do you mean by optimized to allow more painting? would this allow it to not lag so badly?
