the iPad shows a 2x button for all iPhone games. It is not something you or I can put in our games ... Apple does it. When you click the 2x button the iPad resizes the iPhone game to fill the screen.

The only way to fix it is to get Apple to redesign the iPad's iOS - iOS 4.0 doesn't run on iPad.
