Yeah, it's never been consistent, it's always been an intermittent issue, it just seems to happen sometimes and other times you're just fine.

actor, but now simply opening an actor will make it all disappear (except in 1.25.80)

Yep, like pHghost says, one music track at a time . . . . but you could mix your crowd noise into your 1980s synthwave track (mandatory for this game).
