Well, right now, I can't test the game all the way through as there's a bug with the viewer if you're testing an iPhone game on an iPad which causes it to crash after 2 levels.

You need to multiply the X numbers by 2.13 and the Y by 2.4 for iPad.

I dont believe that you will lose all your stuff. Because i have used my ipad to sync on three computers
