The barriers can move at the same time in different or similar directions or only one barrier can move and the other stands still - How is this to work with just one finger?

I don't think that's what @Hopscotch meant. I think he meant: use the Y-axis to control one barrier and the X-axis to control the other barrier. This way, the user can play with just one finger, swipi

I'm just looking to make a basic enemy who begins walking in a random direction on spawning (up,down,left, or right) at a set speed, and every 2 seconds they change direction randomly from the 4 direc

i understand - you mean one Joystick for left and one joystick for right barrier.

Yep, seen it too, very frequently lately - Not sure if it's when you either add more images to your project, or copy an actor to make a similar one - deffo a bug, yep....
