Fast moving Actor not reacting to collide or overlaps

I have a touch/release actor that i can determine the speed according to my finger speed. the problem is when i surpass a curtain speed, then my acotr goes straight trought colliding wall and does not registrate overlapsed events? Gamesalad bug? or a design error?
