Favorite iOS games - GS or not...

What are some of everyone's favorite iOS games? Whether they're GameSalad created or not.

I figure, we might find some really good new games to play, and we might find some good ideas to use for own games.

I'll start it off...

The Incident is definitely one of my favorites... it's like being in the middle of a game of Tetris, avoiding getting crushed, and climbing higher and higher. Only the tetrads are everyday objects! You can also play it on your TV using an iPod Touch as a controller. It's really cool.

the chances of a user playing dozens and dozens of games and choosing a GS game as their favorite are EXTREMELY low. just sayin. competition is ROUGH baby!

What are you talking about? I suppose that's true, but did you read my post at all?

I enjoyed 'The incident' too :D

To answer the original question, some of my recent faves have been:

    Superbrothes Sword and Sworcery
    Dead Space
    Bug Panic
    Nyan Cat
    Vector Runner
    MOS Speedrun
    Forget Me Not
    Atari Collection
    Interstellar Force
    World of Goo
    Spazcon

I buy a lot of apps ;) And I've got some on my devices I haven't even had a chance to play properly!

Hoggy was my favorite iOS game before I finished it. It has a very old school NES platformer feel to it (in terms of both graphics and gameplay) but with a minimalist control scheme that totally works for iOS devices. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do once you finish all the levels (about 50) is to reset it and play them again. Some of the later levels are really difficult but in a "just one more try" way and not in a "I'm going to throw my iOS device down and stomp on it" way.

Beyond Ynth is a really well-made puzzle platformer that has a lot of cool features like the ability to rewind to undo mistakes and push on the sides of rooms to make them rotate.

    @QS

World of Goo was SOOO good on the iPad... I played it on the Wii, but it kills on the iPad.

#sworcery still making my way through that one. So gorgeous.

Nyan Cat?!? Didn't know they made a game for the lil pop tart.

It seems like we have a similar taste for the retro.

Calling Nyan Cat a game is stretching it. It's free. It made me laugh. Worth the download :D

I don't usually spend much time playing games anymore, at least not more than a few times. But Tiny Wings is so relaxing that I have played it more than any IOS game and for longer times. I've had it a little over a month and I'm still playing it every so often.

I picked up The Incident. That game is amazing!

League of Evil is all kinds of awesome retro goodness. The carnage in Death Worm is very satisfying. I had a lot of fun with the minimalist graphics and shifting gameplay in Shift.

Other more popular games I like/play a lot:
    NBA Jam
    Cut the Rope
    Tiny Wings
    Words with Friends
    Plants vs. Zombies
    Geometry Wars
    Meteor Blitz
    Doodle Jump
    Monster Dash
