Squares , circles , triangles and photoshop help

Hey everyone I have a quick question which I think is the most simple and newbie question in the world, here's my problem I usually make my graphics in adobe flash professional and when I'm done I put them into photoshop with a transparent background so I don't have any background colour then I press trim so I get a perfect square cut but I'm making a game with a circle and triangle but I have no idea on how to create those shapes whenever I follow what I usually do I get a square around the shape so in gamesalad when the object collides with something it's not really touching. If anyone would help that would be awesome.

Thanks for reading

For now it's only blocks or circular collisions. the other way is to manually create collision points using x,y positions and when 2 different shape overlaps instead of collide.
