Not allowed to change Camera Origin?

Basically, in my prototype game I could do a when touch is pressed, change scene.camera.origin.x to 480 (where the game starts). I do this because to minimise memory, I try not to dabble in too many scenes.
However now that I have made a proper "Play" button, suddenly I cannot create such a rule - it has no 'Scene' tab for me to choose from.
Can anyone help me and tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks!

To access the camera origin you have to place your play actor in the scene, then double click on it and then click on the padlock to unlock the actor.

Now go to the rule you were creating and you will see that now you can access scene attributes.

Oh, noob mistake on my count. Always forget the features of prototypes and instances.
