How to change newly spawned actor's attribute?

I want to dynamically spawn an actor and then change it's attributes based to the game's status.
How can I do that?

    Have the spawned actors change its own attributes based on game attributes when initiated.
    Change Attribute self.LifePoint to game.SpawnedActorLife
