blue player's turn. Blue is the adjective describing the player. player's turn means the turn belongs to the player.

blue players turn . picture smurfs spinning.

Although blue's player turn could also be correct. if player if being used to describe what kind of turn, and blue was being used as the noun, then that could work.
e.g. blue's player turn, blue's computer turn, blue's avatar turn

This is the correct way of saying it. A lot of grammar can be put into question form- who's turn is it?
