Looking For Debugging Help (Paid)

I have submitted my game twice to Apple, and both times it has been rejected for the same reasons. I thought I fixed the problem for the second submittal, but Apple is still finding problems. From Apple,

"Upon review, we found that your app freezes when purchasing the In-App Purchase products and the transaction can not be completed. When the app is closed and then relaunched it displays a black screen with the Blue Bird (the launch image) but does not load any further.


We continue to find that your In-App Purchase products exhibit bugs, when reviewed on iPad Air running iOS 7.1 and iPhone 5s running iOS 7.1, on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.

  1. Launch app
  2. Go to the In-App Purchase page
  3. Initiate the purchase of an In-App Purchase product
  4. Before the purchase completes, the app will freeze
  5. Close the app
  6. Relaunch the app
  7. Launch image will be displayed
  8. The app will not load"

The worst part is that I haven't experienced the problem on three different test iOS devices. I'm looking for someone to go over my project, and see if they can find any issues with the in-app purchase set-up. And I will of course pay you for your time.
