Collide Actors with Tags Not Working?!?!

This is an odd one. I have my main ship set up to be destroyed when he hits all actors with the tag "enemy ships". It's working on all but one enemy.

I have checked and double checked that the enemy is in the right box, everything seems fine but it won't work! Not a case of actor vs prototype attributes, either as all of my enemies are set to the prototype settings (not that that would matter anyway as the tags cover all of the enemy ships).

The enemy destroys itself when the player ship hits it but it's not working the other way around. I have temporarily put in another rule that singles out the player's ship and that works but I'd rather not have rules and behaviours that I don't need...

Any ideas?
