Spiderman web type rope

First I know there are no joints and I don't want to bend anything. Instead I want my player to spawn a rope like spiderman shoots his webs, and when the rope's top part collides with a specified actor, I want the actor to be pulled towards the specified actor and decrease the rope's size depending on the distance of the actor. I have tried the replicate behaviour already but replicate doesn't collide so replicate is useless.

Now the thing is this http://gshelper.com/shop/free-templates-and-tutorials/orbzample-swinging-knight-demo/ template has already helped me quite alot in what I am trying to achieve, but the problem in this template is that it doesn't spawn the rope like spiderman, instead it just constrains the rope automatically to both actors and that looks unnatural.

Anyways, if anyone is able to create a REAL rope mechanics effect and then I'll pay for it too.
