How to move actor in accordance to amount of tilt (Accelerometer)

Yes, I've made the accelerometer work already; I've successfully tried it with the "move" and "accelerate" behaviors but the movement is terrible, it's basically on and off, so I might as well just use buttons.

What formula can I use so the amount of "accelerate" or "move" is in accordance to the amount of tilt I impose on the device?
