What phone screen size do i work on?

When I create a new project, the newest phone screen sizes I can work on are iPhone 6 and 6 plus. With iPhone XS, and XS MAX coming out, do I have manually change the screen size in the project? or do i just work on iPhone 6 screen size and game salad does some kind of game salad magic to make my game look good on any device?

    This is a very complicated question. It really depends on the game, and what the primary device is. It used to be recommended to start on iPad and adapt for iPhone, but with far more devices being iPhones now, it makes more sense to start with iPhone. So my recommendation is to start with iPhone 6+, and then when adapting the game for iPhone X, some more screen space will be added to the sides. When adapting the game for iPad, more screen space will be added to the top and bottom.

    As a rule of thumb it's easier to add or space out your interface than it is to cut some off, which would happen if you started with an iPad base.

    But it really does depend on your game. Some gameplay areas don't want space added. Some do things with the camera that make adding space much harder. There are just so many considerations.
