Publishing server stuck?

I've had one publishing for nearly 24 hours now.

It finished. Not sure if by coincidence or something was done! Thanks if the latter!

We had a credit card snafu with the provider for our cloud mac that does the icon processing for iOS apps. We took care of the snafu and things are humming along again.

I have a project that has been stuck in Publishing Request for nearly 24 hours now and when you click on it, it leads to "This App ID does not exits" is there anyway to just stop the process?

Still not working

When I go to publish as a new project in Web Creator, it just hangs on Publishing Request for ... and if you click on it, it says That App ID does not exist.
