I`ve done now my character, but the shoot is a bit buggy and not really smoothie(just made it with a timer) so how to let the shoes just rotate around the character?
Also useful rules in my FREE planet hop template, character runs and jumps around a circle... which other actors are fixed took... might be some useful bits in there for you too.

Constrain its Y position to AAA*cos(self.Time*BBB)+CCC
AAA = radius of circle
BBB = speed of movement
CCC = centre point of the circle
