Valan said:One of my pet peeves as a teacher is that the sounds are not taught linked to the shapes. For instance 'A' is for apron and 'a' is for apple. I know when apple is at the start of a sentence it will be 'Apple' and apron is seldom seen as 'Apron'. For learning though if the shapes have their sounds included it is much more straight forward.Like I said, a pet peeve. Rant over. I know Ainsley will still love it.
