i think when i bought all i got was a gs project called CarRacerz so i don't know what do you mean with the project folder, so i open this project and i click on image and i can drag those to my desktop but if i click on sounds i can't drag anything,

Yes you can use them for any games.
You will have to go into the project folder to get to the sounds.
