    Congrats! Really enjoyed playing it here on the web site. Those windmill obstacles were placed really well (not to mention the metal ricochet blocks).

    What did Mr. Sharp charge for the title screen? Just to get an idea of pricing for such. I usually do my own graphics but I don't have time to do it all, especially title screens and other involved pieces.

    Yes, I was the only one working on this and it took a little over half a month or so.

    Graphic artists would typically charge around 100-150 but I've read you can hire deviant art artists for cheap.

    And yeah I'll let you know how sales do, I'm eager to see them tomorrow.

    Those are some seriously awesome sales numbers for a first day sale!

    Did you do any promoting of your game of any kind??

    Just promotion codes at a couple of forums. I hate submitting crap to the review sites just to have them all email me asking for money to review.

    Only 11 codes were used though so I guess 109 people just stumbled across it.

    Wow that's seriously great, I don't think I've heard of numbers like that on Gamesalad as a debut, congrats!

    Yea pursuing review sites is a serious waste of time unless it's someone you know or a willing person that has their own site

    Well guys I won't keep updating you guys but I check my sales this morning I was astounded to see Kill the King had sold 380!

    when i want to buy your app with my ipod 1G it tells me that the game is not compatible with my ipod because it needs a microphone... but i don't have a problem to buy it with my ipod 2G which don't have a mic too... have you excluded 1G devices?
