How much do YOU make a day off your apps?
I recently started using GameSalad, and at the risk of preaching to the choir, I'd like to say that it is absolutely fantastic. I've done some minor programming work on the side, and the simplicity that GameSalad provides is incredible. I'd like to see a few more capabilities that aren't centered around gaming, but it's still incredible what you can do with it and so quickly.
Having said that, I'd like to ask others here what they have made from selling their games on the Apple App store.
Thanks!

Most ppl scorn me because it was a little shady... :-(
Numbers wise, I think I've made over $1000 USD in the last 5 days.
That is not bad considering im 14!
$1,000,000 mwahahahaha!
what does the "+" mean in the name?
www.marcosriffel.com
Then I made it free today...mostly to motivate me to get moving on some other apps.
i dont understand tho... u have made 1800$ in 10 days? that meansthe first days it was selling loads
This is the sales trending chart I get from appannie.com...
That first "blip" before the initial spike was 3 hrs of sales from the night before it was even released...
(dont expect all your future apps to be as profitable as this one because they probably wont, well it depends on what type of app you make.)
best of luck!
BTW BarkBark, that was an awesome idea (with handylight).
If an opportunity like this happens again, (apps being removed in general) I'm definately going to do that.
i can also say that some people are here to make great apps and get a user satisfied whilst others are here to make a profit.
I'm surely here to make a profit and i would have done the same thing as you did, BarkBarkCo!

1) you make A great app (like doodle jump or something like that) you advertise it you get it popular and it funds you money for the rest of your life. (that will probably take you a couple of years to think/develop/advertise/prepare...ect...)
2) you make a good app like tshirtbooth's/Joe's and other people who have made really good games. This way you will gain a continuous profit. (2-3 weeks per app if you know how to make graphics)
3) make MANY small games/apps which give you a constant profit.
2&3 make more or less the same amount of money i think
YAY!!! (Yes, I'm very happy with that)
Is that very very low?? I'm only 16
