I have checked pretty much everywhere.... asked around.. checked the template... So i decided i should just ask you guys...

The above sounds a bit weird as if I'm going to hunt him down and steal his work.... but what I'm actually interested in is to ask the creator about the art!, I really like this style!,

It's just the same art-style as asteroids but with 'Outer Glow' added in Photoshop.

You're always offering to do graphics and stuff, you should be easily able to recreate this if you offer your work elsewhere.
