I will be getting back into making my game (I have finals this week) and I am wondering how you guys make animations for a game. I need help making top down animations as well. Thanks!

Gamesalad doesn't support video, so it would have to be exported as a series of picture which are then animated in gs.

search the internet for poses,then in photoshop or whatever program you use,replicate the poses with your own character,sprite attacks art tutorial show how to setup your character for animation

That what animation is a series of still images. Get the free software pencil to do onion screen animation.

yea I have adobe flash and i can use that to animate. I was just wondering how you guys did it.
