    I'm snow blind after looking at this forum for 10 minutes, is there any chance can you tone it down a bit?

    BTW just now getting to see the not scaling out issue and yeah I do hope that is a planned tweek. I have a lot of dead space on both sides of my 13" screen. so I can only image how much is there on a 27"

    Anyone else having problems loging in? Before the last change I couldn not with my iPhone. Now not from my Mac. (I'm on my iPhone now).
    Very anoying because there is no way I can help anyone properly like this.

    Yes, very annoying. 1 time out of 2 I just give up and go elsewhere.

    But, that said, this seems to work for me: login to Gamesalad from the Arcade, then go a couple of places on the site before the forum. And like magic, it works.

    I imagine this is temporary, but unless it's mentioned often enough, it might not a priority.

    @sss - I believe it's painful for you too. Don't want to sound like I'm a complainer either. I don't write often, but I read a lot. Logging in allows me to begin where I left off.

    The forum is a great communication and learning tool, and it's good to know you're working on it.

    havnt been able to log in for 2 days. i can only get on here by opening up the game salad application then clicking the "messages" link which brings me to the login for the page. if i attempt to login from any other location or device i just get it a "page doesnt exsist" response

    there were some issues with that lsat night, mynameisace lost his status as well. Lauren should take care of it in the morning.

    Yikes! This is going to take some time getting used to. I realize fixes are still being made but the general format is just so so different. Oh well. By the way, please keep the Recent Discussions (which appears to be the equivalent of the former All Discussions category). If people don't like it then they don't have to use the option. But why take away options since many do like it. I like it because sometimes I just want to skim the most recent posts in all categories (without having to go to each category) when I have a few minutes to do so. Just my 2 cents.

    Ok, noticed a glitch. Once you get to the third page of this topic you cannot go back to the first or second pages, even when you navigate away from the topic and then come back in. Just thought I should mention that so it can be fixed.

    @tshirtbooth we all agreed to strip you of your sous hat because you just don't contribute enough to the community ;)

    I had my sous hat stripped yesterday but @SaladStraightShooter sorted it for me, it's with moving across. I still can't edit mine or anybody else's posts though but I'm sure once the bugs are ironed out it should all be good.

    Locked out for most of yesterday and today, not able to log it, I get taken to a message saying the page I am after cannot be found.

    Technical glitches aside I think the new forum design is a bit of a mess to be honest, I'm guessing this was not put together by a designer !?

    Arbitrary capitalisation, multiple fonts, disjointed design elements, unaligned margins/elements, questionable kerning, an arbitrary colour palette . . etc . . I know GameSalad make a game engine and are not a web design company, but I think it would be a good investment to get in a designer every now and then

    As for the plethora of areas and categories it's difficult to know where to look for stuff - 'Activity', 'Best Of', 'Categories', 'Recent Discussions', 'My Bookmarks', 'My Discussions', 'Bookmarked Discussions' . . . etc (although, of course, 'Recent Discussions' is always a safe bet) - but is there really a need for 5 separate links on the forums page that link you to the page you are already on !

    Don't want to sound too critical, it's nice to see increased functionality, but it's all a bit of a mess, I did my degree in design and if I submitted this forum design as part of my course work, I'd probably be arrested :))

    One other thing, the narrow thread widths feel needlessly cramped.

    I think it would be nice to revert to the older forum until this is all taken care of? Is there something stopping you from doing that?

    Also, from what I've noticed, I do not get alerted if someone mentions me...

    I would love to see the post here on the page wider - not so squished together and small like it is now.

    I don't think the smileys are working. If you type it in, it works, but I cannot click on the smiley face up to the right and select my face I want. :|
