Im starting to beat my head into the ground after updating GS to 0.10.0 I never realized they changed the whole publishing system :I. Now im heavily regretting missing that webinar but having to get up at 6am to watch it is not my cup of tea.
Anyway im having quite a few issues. One is all my previously published games no longer show up in the list of games to update.. kinda annoying. Second, I used the publish feature a lot to test out builds on my phone before submitting them to apple. How come GS couldn't leave the old style publishing system? In my mind it was way less complicated, everything was retained in one app. Having to launch a web browser set up the game then go back to the app to finish the signing process feels broken and less streamlined. Maybe i just dont like change.
I dont want to "Publish" the app. I just want to get a test build for me and my team. Is there a better way to do this?
Anyway not only do my publishing profiles not show up but I have no idea how to add them. I really dont feel like wiping Xcode and my keychain again to regain those profiles everything worked perfectly before the update.
Also getting support for pro members is a bit rough it seems for me. Iv been pro ever sense GS was around and iv never had any of my questions asked... just a few days ago I asked why did all my pro features vanished in the game editor. Eventually I figured out it was a problem with the GSprj file and not the game engine. I just created a new project and was able to start from scratch. *going file open content, then dragging everything to a new GSprj folder* a year ago during a last major update I asked for help trying to figure out where all the images went.. I was just forced to rebuild the game from scratch..... I really love the GS team dont get me wrong, and there probably swamped with questions. Even know im not a big known in the GS community it would be nice to get some help
Any help from the community is greatly appreciated Hopefully i can answer some questions to
P.S. You think the GS team will ever make it so we can update are profiles again and put in bio info?

Also, read the full release notes, there is a lot if good information.
- they mentioned that all previous games published wont show up in the game list.
- when publishing your app, you must fill in the bundle Id manually, when signing the app, it matches that Id against the provisioning profiles installed on your machine, so they must match.
- publishing is just that, publishing a version. Don't let the name bother you, it's just generating an app from your project.
The new method does take some getting used to, but once you embrace the change, you will realize how much better it is.

Read this thread on error 3: http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/47959/error-3-error-publishing-a-mac-app-on-mountain-lion#latest
If you are publishing a Mac app, I think it's a bug (my opinion)' if you are publishing anything else, it might be a missing certificate. Next time you publish open the console log and see what it says.

if you view the os x console, it actually goes into better details on what is failing, that error3 message is not too helpful
