hello!

when i drag an image (example .png 240x240px) in the scene
the image becomes half size (120x120px)
if the resize it becomes grainy (bad all pixelated)

    what is resolution indipendence?
    when you use it?

    well
    I think I have understood

if I want to do a project for ipad2 (1024x768) dont check resolution independence

if i want to make a project for ipad2/ipadHD then check resolution independence

and GameSalad behaves as if I did a project for retina display and then in scene 1024x768 transforms the actor half

    sorry for my bad english

RI is basically high resolution graphics. The idea is that when you design for RI, you make all your graphics at 2x the size of the actors. So a 100x100 actor would have 200x200 graphics.

You pretty much have to design with RI if you want any chance of getting featured by apple.

RI apps work fine on the older hardware, it just uses lower res graphics automatically.

so it is best that I project my app with RI?

if I want the apple accept (does not reject) my app...?

    thanks for the reply
