Spawn random set of actors and repeat

So what I would like to do is, like in doodle jump or lots of other endless runners, be able to spawn random tables consisting of a couple different kinds of actors and lots of them. So like a set of(from doodle jump) the normal platforms, breakable ones and moving ones that would spawn then move down the screen, then another set after that and so on. I don't know how to do any of this and can't find tutorials for it anywhere.

@PureEpicStudios All that does is send the platforms back to the top at a random X location. I'm looking for a way to actually have tons of different tables of preset locations for different actors that will appear once the one ahead of it is done scrolling down the screen. Sorry, but that doesn't really help:(
