quick question about provisioning profiles

about to submit my first iOS app. I have been using a Provisioning profile for distribution that is for adhoc.

sounds like a dumb question but...
Do i need to make another provision profile for the app store or can i use the same one since they are both for "distribution"

You will definitely need a provisioning profile thats solely for distribution
