I'm on vacation from the 22nd to the 29th so don't expect another update until the following week!
It's that time again, folks! What's happening at GameSalad HQ? There are a few points on our radar right now:
- We're working on Apple IAP rejection issues. We've finally got a contact with Apple and are working through the issue with them ASAP. Thanks @FallacyStudios for the help on this! It's my hope that a final fix will be forthcoming this next week.
- We're hard at work on release 0.12. This includes some bug fixes, Google IAP, and initial Facebook integration.
- We're making good progress on our new tile-based mega texture renderer. Oh my, is the graphics speed getting an improvement from this! Can't wait to get it out in a nightly build. But it's still pretty buggy at this point.
- We're continuing to turn the crank on our new cross-platform version of Creator. I hope to be able to share some more info on this soon.
If you're running into bugs with the current release, please open a support ticket and we'll do what we can to help. Until I get back into town, that's all I have. Have fun!

Unfortunately I cannot release my game until a new Windows release either, or, I will have to buy a Mac. We'll see what comes first I suppose.
Please update loading wheel feature! On/off

Yes I'd like to be able to turn it off. I used a transparent image but I can still see a dark square. I have my own custom loading meter in the centre of the screen and that is all I want displayed. I don't understand why they won't let us turn it off.

While I can turn loading wheel off, I can use own design indicator.
So it would be much better than custom/original gs loading wheel.
GS team have to think about this feature.

Good luck with Google IAP. Looking forward! ;-) And we really need AdMob. Chartboost and Revmob shows good results only in specific game genres! Startup Ad is bullshit for example. And the best monetization option? MORE GAMES (Chartboost etc.)!
I appologize if this is the wrong thread... for the past few weeks my game has run into ad problems. It's an Android app and the ads between levels use to show and you could close them now every few levels it decides when to show up but shows up for a fraction of a second btw Im using Chartboost... Is this common for anyone else? Btw sorry if I'm not suppose to post this here, help would be greatly appreciated.

Hope you're having a lovely holiday Here's a question for when you return: Are we likely to be able to support iOS control pads any time soon? My games would be awesome with proper buttons.
So Apple will put the apps GameSalad created on the app store? I hope they are for the future "iOS 8".
Can we get the table issues in multiplayer fixed so we can move forward debugging it?

What kind of Facebook integration are we talking. Just posting?
Are there any plans to increase the size of images that you can import into GS? I believe the limit is now 2000x2000 px, or am I mistaken?

Exciting is'nt it... fingers severely crossed for the full Facebook access so we can add the option to register and login to our own multiplayer games via Facebook login. Plus search and invite friends. Plus with proper integration we should be able to see the email address of the registered user without them having to enter it, which can be handy for keeping them up todate with a game.
Plus the more widely useable 'post' to users facebook thread.
