Adding Chartboost and RevMob

I'm sure there was a discussion on how to add these to my GS games... Can someone point me to the discussion
I'm told it can be done, just don't know how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am trying RevMob now and noticed the cookbook entries are already outdated. Links/Buttons are in different positions or named different.
I read here http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/68524/so-confused-with-revmob that you can skip the "create campaign" part... It's all a bit unclear to me.
