Here is what I think happend

He and some friends were on a ballon trip when suddenly the ballon started to lose height. They realized that they needed to get rid of some weight, otherwise they would crash. They guy they found dead draw the shortest straw,therefore had to jump. He was supposed to jump into a lake nearby. He didn't want his clothes to be wet so he took them of before he jumped. But he missed the lake and landed on the hard ground causing his death

I think I should tell the story. @Fajlajp‌ was really really close. there is nothing else to guess actually.

this is the story:
The man and some friends were on a balloon trip when suddenly the balloon started to lose height. realized that they needed to get rid of some weight, otherwise they would crash. they all took their clothes off and they threw the clothes out of the balloon.
unfortunately this wasn't enough weight to start raising again. someone had to jump!
they decided to draw straws. the man had the shortest straw and had to jump... he fell in the middle of a law. his friends survived the balloon trip but he unfortunately didn't.

Yeah I think these are fun. @Fajlaip‌ -- Have you looked this up? That was close, and from the clues given, it would have been extremely hard to come to that conclusion.

No, I didn't look it up. I remember a similar(not the same) riddle one of my friend told me back in time. And from the clues we got, that @LumpApps‌ was close,and when you said that it was a guy that fell out of the sky, I got and idea. I didn't even think it was right,it just was a wild guess(that was half right)

I didn't even know it was a way to cheat? I thought @timolapre1998‌ came up with the story himself,am I right?

My brother once told it to me. I dont think he came up with the story. Probably just from the internet.

next story:

A blind man walked into a restaurant. He ordered a toast with albatross. After he got his order he waited some minutes and then took a small bite. He walked outside and immediately killed himself. (Not important how)

Why did he kill himself? What happened?
