Publishing an HTML game on 3rd party sites?

So I made a game http://gsrca.de/126040 and there is a site i'd like to post it on. But in order to do that, the game needs to be a zip file. It says "For HTML games, you must upload a ZIP file with all of your game's contents. There must also be an index.html file in the root." (If you want to see the site, it's here http://gamejolt.com) How would i do this?
Keep in mind, this is my first game, and i'm still sorta new to this. Thanks

@AleksandrGames‌ Just a suggestion bro, change the max levels to 25, OR have the level increase faster and faster as you get higher. I think I got to level 12 and it was taking WAY too long. Your game seems like it's trying to appeal to the casual gamer and not be an MMO.
