No background at programming

Hey everyone,

First of all thanks for taking the time to read this. I am a sales and marketing person and have a great eye for what works well on the market. The only problem is I have absolutely no knowledge about programming or what so ever, I was curious about how GameSalad worked and wanted to give it a shot. Does someone know a good step by step tutorial that like begins after the explaining part, because I know the features but I don't even know how I make an animation, do you make that in Photoshop or what? I'd really appreciate some info.

I frequently use Google to search for gamesalad [term] where [term] might be anything from double jump to save high score to publishing. The forums search field is also quite powerful.

And to answer your question about animating, well, I'd again suggest Googling gamesalad animation but a quick response would be that GameSalad supports frame-by-frame animation so you'll need to import all of the frames and then use an Animate behavior. You can, of course, draw the frames in any graphic design software you like.
