Contributor Consent Agreement
As you may already know, I am starting a site that contains large amounts of FREE Gamesalad content. Nothing on the site will be paid 100% Guaranteed (see more here). I have been going around and asking individuals if I could use the content they posted on the forums for my site, but since there are so many users it is hard to get the vast majority of people. That is why I have created this quick and easy consent form that you can use to easily allow your templates and content to be contributed and used on the site. Your contributions are EXTREMELY important and I am very thankful for all who have given to this project.

@MattButlerStudios So anyone can just type another persons username and submit it? Or is there some type of verification? Because if there isn't, then you can already see the problem.

@Lovejoy You cannot submit the form without clicking the button that says "I agree that I am able to give consent for the above username and that I allow my content to be redistributed for FREE along-side of ads that are used to support the site itself and its owner(s)." This is a legal agreement so I could "technically" prosecute those who go against this.

To provide another step of verification, I have added the requirement of filling out the form and then posting here on this thread. (Please refer to revised post above)

We both know this wouldn't work

Now this guarantees that the person actually submitted it, this was going to be my added suggestion.

I don't really have much of anything out there other than a few demos specifically tailored for users need. I delete them from my computer shortly after since its just snippets of code that take no time to make.

I will fill it out thought, so if you find something of mine feel free to use it.
