In my game when the player purchases an IAP it let's them start with a certain amount of an item. Let's say 50 bullets for example. Even if they use up all of their bullets, when they start a new game they will always start with 50 bullets. Is this considered a consumable or a non consumable?
Comments
No. A consumable item can be used over and over again. If the bullets are applied every game, that means that they don't need to purchase that IAP again, thus it's a nonconsumable.

Correct me if I'm wrong. A consumable can't be used over and over again if it has been consumed. Where as a non-consumable would be like a remove ads in app purchase. This non-consumable will stay with the player as long as they have the game. It cannot be consumed.
That final 'n' in 'cannont' is consumable, it's not there every time you type out the word 'cannot'.
@Socks
The extra "n" in cannont was a test to see if you were paying attention to detail. You passed!
@RabidParrot - This should clarify things.

Thanks gentlemen!
By the way I haven't done IAPs since last summer. I understand that the coding has changed. I bought an IAP template from deepbluemarket.com but I'm not quite sure how it should be set up in this situation. The coding in the template is just confusing me. at best. Where would a good tutorial be for current IAP coding? All I have are these non consumables that the character will start with at the beginning of a new game each time.
