Actor Changes Other Actor's Image

Hello, I am a little bit new to this application and I would like to know if there is anyway for an actor to change another actor's image. For example if the user clicks a actor, it will change the main actor's picture.

One more thing, is there anyway to set up a scene where the user enters a code and the main actor's image changes? For example:

User enters the correct code of: gfgwkwu
This then changes the main actor image to a girl image

It seems that this could be handled by a specific Attribute. Clicking on one actor changes an attribute setting, such as from false to true. That attribute change is received by the other actor and triggers an image change as well as changing the trigger attribute back to its original setting.
