Hi Guys,
Bumps is finished and i have made a promo video (could do with a pro to edit but had no reply from forum members).
Anyway Bumps has 54 levels 5 mini games and 4 unlockable games including Breakout, Pinball, Hockey and a Shump.
We think Bumps is a great game to showcase what gamesalad can do and also great value for money.
Bumps will be released early August either by ourselves or via Chillingo (still in talks with Chillingo).
Thanks for watching.

That looks absolutely fantastic - very nicely and professionally done!
The thing to do now is edit your video down. No-one is likely to watch five minutes worth of your game I'm afraid.
I'd suggest editing it into separate videos of about a minute each. You have enough features in there to highlight each one in a video I reckon.
First, one 'overall' video showing gameplay and unlockable stuff. Show off the bullet points you've already stated:
54 levels
5 mini-games
4 extra unlockable games
Are there different game modes?
Second, make a video dedicated just to the mini-games
Third, make another video for the 4 extra unlockable games.
Also, screenshot wise, make sure the screenshots are the right way round for the game (or game type). And don't put in menu screens - you've got enough variety in there that five quality shots should not be hard to get!
Wish you the best with this - a lot of effort's gone into it for sure

For the video I agree in keeping it down as much as possible. However, on the pc version one I don't really get a good idea of how the gameplay mechanics work, makes me think it's some sort of platformer. Maybe show one quick level in full before breaking out into the faster clips of other levels.
Darren.
From the looks of it, it looks like there are a lot of other collision areas than just circles and rectangles!!! How did you do that?!

Darren.
You do have a very polished game though! It will do well!!!

In mine it always gets stuck in the corners... Been trying to solve this for weeks and haven't found a solution... If you could let me know, I'd appreciate it. Thanks

We did sort out the instant reset level so now when you mess up and want to restart the level it resets instantly....glad we did this as it keeps the flow of the game and you dont have to wait for a second or 2 while it resets the scene.
Darren.
Remember the starting positions of all Bumps, keys and locks and reset to position when reset is pressed.
It wasn't as straight forward as that because i had to move keys and locks off screen for eg red key hits red lock both key and lock would move out of view and if reset was pressed go back to start X & Y.
Also i have medals so i still had to count how many times reset was pressed.
It works well and resets in the blink of an eye with no problems and the eye candy like floating flowers and the music is not interrupted....if you reset using "reset scene" the music will restart when its loaded so this works a lot better imo.
