downgrade

hi, any one can help me to downgrade from macOS High Sierra to macOS Sierra without lost Data!!
macOS High Sierra since 2 months ago , a Gs can't update engine normal , I waste time for waiting .... but no solution .....

@gatrif If your Mac came with High Sierra, no! If you installed it yourself, yes... if you cloned your entire drive beforehand.

i installed it on my mac (MacBook Air Mid 2013)
not cloned , I worried about my apps if i downgrade , it will be lost ..
