    it's a rule inside the spawn actors, I want when the spawn actor collides with the fixed actor to change an attribute inside the spawn actor.

    However, when I put a collision ruled in the fixed actor, it collides properly with the spawn actor.

    no not during runtime in the game. You can destoy the actor and spawn another at the same spot with a differnt collision shape though
